The Riverside County Office on Aging is offering specialized classes for family caregivers of older adults. Are you currently caring for a family member, spouse, parent, grandparent or other relative and felling overwhelmed or uncertain? This program offers tools to increase self-care and confidence in handling difficult situations, emotions and decisions. Some of the Topics that are covered in this 12-week series program:

- Caregiver Burnout
- How to Talk to Doctors
- Anticipatory Grief
- Medication Management
- Older Adult Sensitivity Training
The next series of classes will begin on Tuesday, January 7, and will finish on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. There is no charge for these classes.
