Episcopal 101 Class begins on November 7

Are you new to the Episcopal Church? Would you like a deeper understanding of our worship and why we do what we do? If so, the Episcopal 101 Class is just for you!

The class will meet on Wednesdays, beginning November 7 in Karns Hall, with a potluck beginning at 6 p.m. and class from 6:30 to 8:30 and will be led by Mother Deb Seles.

Program goals are:

  • Learn about how Episcopalians view the world, sacred scripture and our unique call
  • Basic preparation for adults seeking to be confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church

For this course, it is recommended that you have a good study bible (NRSV), the Book of Common Prayer and a copy of Your Faith, Your Life by Jenifer Gamber.
